At Grafton Latam, we are looking for a **Customer Service Advisor** for a well-known financial services and business management call center company. **Main responsibilities:** * Efficiently and courteously handle and manage customer complaints related to Cálidda services. * Provide accurate information to customers. * Meet quality indicators, response times, and customer satisfaction targets. * Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, demonstrating empathy. **Required education and experience:** * Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service within a call center (essential) * Completed secondary education * Proficiency in Office applications at user level * Results-oriented, negotiation skills, ability to handle objections, and high-quality customer service skills * Availability to work onsite at the Ate location. **Schedule:** * Monday to Sunday * **Shift hours:** 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (rotating shifts: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM / 9:00 AM–6:00 PM / 10:00 AM–7:00 PM) * Rotating day off **Benefits:** * Salary: **S/ 1,130 \+** Sodexo: **S/70** \+ overachievement bonus **S/350** * **Perfect attendance bonus:** S/100 * Paid training * **Retention bonus:** S/100 (paid in the third month) * Full payroll inclusion from the first day of work, including all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, profit sharing, paid vacations, family allowance, EsSalud, etc.). * Contract provided from the first day of training. * Short-term career advancement opportunities. * Monthly and timely payments. * Corporate discounts for entertainment, restaurants, and other services.
