Comprehensive care and management of laying hens. 2. Maintenance and disinfection of poultry houses. 3. Training for job performance. A layer hen production company is currently seeking FARM OPERATORS for the Huarmey \- Ancash region. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completion of primary education. * Prior experience is not required. * Availability to work under an on-farm residential arrangement. * Good physical condition and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks. * Performance-based productivity results will be considered favorably. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Feeding, caring for, and managing poultry. * Egg collection, packaging, sorting, and storage. * Maintenance, cleaning, organization, and disinfection of poultry houses. * Compliance with biosecurity and safety protocols. * Reporting any incidents to the supervisor. * Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary (paid biweekly) * Productivity performance bonus. * 100% covered accommodation. * 100% covered meals. * Job-specific training. * Job stability and opportunities for career development. * Work location: Huarmey \- Ancash Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
