Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Security Escort to protect the Manager and their family at a mining camp, ensuring their physical safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. YOUR PURPOSE IN THE TEAM Provide preventive and deterrent personal protection to the company’s Manager and members of their immediate family during travel, residence at homes or offices, attendance at events, and authorized activities. Continuously assess potential risks to the physical integrity of protected individuals, implementing preventive measures within legal authority. Plan and verify safe travel routes, as well as entry, exit, and stay points, prioritizing the safety of those under protection. Maintain constant surveillance of the immediate environment surrounding protected individuals, identifying risky situations, threats, or suspicious behavior. Coordinate promptly with competent authorities and emergency services without assuming functions beyond legal authority. Accompany and safeguard protected individuals during vehicle transfers, supervising the environment before, during, and after transit. Safeguard the vehicle assigned to personal security services solely in relation to the safety of protected individuals. Act with discretion, confidentiality, and respect for the privacy of protected individuals. Comply with security protocols, training, certification, and evaluation requirements mandated by SUCAMEC. Immediately report to the employer any incident, risk, or relevant situation compromising the security of the personal escort service. Perform only other duties compatible with the nature of the personal escort position, always remaining within the legal and regulatory framework established by SUCAMEC. Other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree from the Armed Forces, Navy, or military-type training and instruction (certified). Valid L5 firearms license. Good physical condition and health. Minimum one year of experience in similar positions (preferably in the mining or industrial sector). Ability to work with confidentiality, responsibility, and discipline. Availability to work under the mining work regime (20 days on / 10 days off). Immediate availability.
