Currently, we are looking for talented individuals for the position of **GTR ANALYST (CALL CENTER).** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university studies in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (desirable). * Experience as a GTR Analyst in Telecommunications campaigns. * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (Intermediate / Advanced). * Knowledge of SQL (Intermediate level). * Minimum desirable experience in the role of 1 year. * Experience managing performance indicators through Contact Center. * Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am \- 6:00 pm. * Availability to work at our office in central Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Updating and sending sales reports, hourly cuts, and projections. * Attendance control (first 30 minutes of shift). * Staffing follow-up. * Connection time monitoring. * Reporting on monitoring compliance and supervisor feedback. * Tracking agent typifications and deviations leading to non-contact. * Analytics-based alerts for idle times. * Additional reports as required by the operations manager. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll benefits. * Family allowance. * Corporate agreements with special discounts. * Career advancement opportunities. * Pleasant working environment.
