Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Development Analyst to lead the definition of technical specifications, feasibility evaluation, and sample management in garment manufacturing. WHAT DO YOU NEED?** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering (mandatory) * English: basic/intermediate (technical) * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Development Analyst in garment export companies * Advanced Microsoft Excel * Intermediate Corel Draw or Illustrator * Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes (woven fabrics \- shirts and trousers, or knits). * Product development system. * Desired knowledge of pattern making, marking, and trimmings manufacturing processes. * Must reside in areas near Ate. **II. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES?** * Analyze and define technical specifications for products, primarily shirts, trousers, and polo shirts. * Evaluate availability and capacity of personnel required for product development and manufacturing. * Analyze machinery and equipment needed to determine technical and production feasibility of garments. * Prepare technical specifications for the entire production process. * Prepare quotations and determine unit consumption. * Manage sample manufacturing and development of trimmings/embroidery/printing/appliqués. * Perform other duties as required within the department. **III.
