You will be the primary point of contact between the financial institution and SME customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients to join your portfolio while appropriately managing risk and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. How will you make a big impact? Plan commercial and risk management activities for customers. Execute commercial and risk-related actions while safeguarding the customer experience. Develop credit proposals and manage portfolio balances. Implement risk mitigation and collection actions. Administer and monitor your portfolio. What do we need from you? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial sector as an executive or specialized professional conducting fieldwork in intangible product sales or managing corporate or business-oriented individual customer portfolios. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of financial mathematics and/or logical-numerical analysis.
