Your role will be fundamental in managing and coordinating loading teams, contributing to the success of our projects. Responsibilities: Advise on the implementation of programs related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management. Advise on the execution of the Annual SSOMAC Plan. Advise on the implementation of training programs for supervision staff and workers in the mining operation. Analyze standards, regulations, and procedures related to operations, safety, and environmental protection. Verify that employees are aware of and comply with standards and PETS. Advise Operations Supervisors on safety matters. Ensure that work is carried out according to procedures and standards. Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, licensed, and registered in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health within a mining environment. Experience supervising operational personnel in mining. Practical knowledge of OSH, IPERC, PETAR, ATS, and mining procedures. Leadership ability and capacity for field decision-making. Willingness to work under mining shift schedules.
