On behalf of our client, a prominent mass-consumption company, we are seeking 01 Forklift Assistant · What do we expect from you for this position? Minimum 6 months of experience as warehouse assistant, forklift assistant, or similar roles Completed secondary education Forklift training course preferred Class A1 driver's license preferred · What is your work schedule? Monday to Saturday Sundays off (fixed) Non-working holidays subject to operational requirements, with prior notice · What will be your responsibilities? Conduct inventory of products, third-party products, materials, and promotional materials. Perform inventory reconciliation using systems (SAP) at warehouse 001. Unload factory-stacked products, sort damaged goods, and label quantities. Receive T1 units from ISM, count products and materials per delivery note and invoice, and enter data into systems (SAP) for respective registration. Receive T2 units, count good products, damaged goods, and materials (e.g., separators and pallets) if included. Sign NEA forms (WAREHOUSE EXIT NOTES) and write the full name of the receiver. Receive loading orders and deliver them to personnel responsible for picking. Take photos of T2 unit returns and send them to the internal team. Count T2 units; if discrepancies arise, coordinate with picking personnel to resolve product quantity differences. The night-shift warehouse forklift assistant must complete and reconcile the inventory. Must replace the warehouse keeper and forklift operator in case of their absence. If inventory discrepancies occur during the shift, immediately notify the immediate supervisor with documented evidence of the discrepancy; otherwise, the assistant assumes responsibility and bears the cost of missing products. · What do we offer?
