On behalf of our client, an important company dedicated to garment manufacturing, we are looking for the best talent to join the engineering department as Engineering Assistant, with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering or Textile and Garment Engineering. * Minimum of 01 year of experience as Engineering Assistant or Assistant in companies within the sector. * 02 years of experience as Production Analyst in garment manufacturing, specifically with knowledge of line balancing. * Intermediate level proficiency in Excel. * Basic AutoCAD skills (desirable). **Functions:** * Establish and improve work methods. * Standardize times. * Monitor personnel performance. * Perform line balancing with corresponding layout. * Coordinate style change setups with maintenance and production teams. * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for employee incentive payments. * Carry out time calculations, efficiency measurements and related tasks. * Define methods for corresponding Time Studies.
