Commercial action planning for sales targets We are RTH IMPORTACIONES S.A.C., a textile company specializing in the retail distribution of imported apparel from renowned national and international brands through our HOTBINS stores. We are currently seeking a Senior Cashier with leadership and management skills to oversee the full operations of one of our stores located in *CHIMBOTE*. RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute and supervise cash handling procedures: opening, closing, cash counts, and payment method management. Coordinate and lead the store team, ensuring efficient and courteous customer service. Plan and implement commercial actions to achieve sales targets. Monitor stock levels and conduct inventory tracking. Organize proper product display and in-store distribution. Maintain store image, order, and compliance with operational protocols. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate or incomplete student in Business Administration or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably within commercial or retail companies. Knowledge of cash handling and customer service. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
