Our team in Peru is expanding, and we are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Supervisor to join our Minerals \& Metals business line on one of our key site projects. **About the Role** * Ensure compliance with scope, cost, time, and quality requirements established for mechanical discipline activities within the Plant and Process program. * Monitor contractor-provided resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to ensure they meet project execution requirements. * Promote compliance with client-established health, safety, and environmental policies. * Encourage adherence to quality controls during construction activities. * Review daily reports and contribute to weekly and monthly progress reports on mechanical discipline activities. * Conduct review and validation of specific work procedures. * Review contractor payment statements, verifying completed quantities. * Monitor daily, weekly, and three-week scheduling of activities as submitted by the contractor. **About You** * 8 to 12 years of experience in Processing Plants (Mineral Processing), Mill Installation and general equipment, during Construction or Operation phases. * 5 years of experience in Mining (essential). * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, licensed and registered professional. * Experience leading teams, 12 to 15 direct reports, up to 500 people on project, interacting with both client and contractor. * Competent level of English **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
