Our team in Peru is expanding, and we are currently recruiting an Intermediate Mechanical Supervisor to join our Minerals & Metals business line on one of our key site projects. **About the Role** * Ensure compliance with scope, cost, time, and quality requirements established for mechanical discipline activities within the Plant and Process program. * Monitor compliance with the characteristics of resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) provided by the contractor for construction execution. * Promote adherence to the client’s health, safety, and environmental policies. * Promote compliance with quality controls during construction activities. * Review daily reports and contribute to weekly and monthly progress reports on mechanical discipline activities. * Conduct review and validation of specific work procedures. * Review Contractor payment applications, validating completed quantities. * Monitor the contractor's daily, weekly, and three-week activity schedules. **About You** * 5 to 8 years of experience in Process Plants (Mineral Processing), Mill Installation, and general equipment, during Construction or Operation phases. * 5 years of experience in Mining (essential). * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, licensed and registered professional. * Experience leading teams, 12 to 15 direct reports, up to 500 people on project, interacting with both client and contractor. * Competent level of English **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
