Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead waste management, ensure compliance with standards, and supervise personnel in mining operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and assign tasks to personnel Company dedicated to waste management through recycling, valorization, and reuse; we are currently seeking an OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – ANTAMINA REQUIREMENTS: Environmental, Industrial, or Sanitary Engineer or related field. Minimum 3 years of professional registration; must comply with Supreme Decree No. 024 for Safety. Waste Management and Industrial Safety training courses. Advanced Excel proficiency. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in mining operations. Experience in waste handling, management, marketing, and treatment. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work Location – PPL (Puerto Lobito, Huarmey) Work Schedule – 20x10 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Monitor and ensure service delivery with excellence. 2. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines. 3. Assign daily tasks to personnel. 4. Advise Operations to guarantee compliance with Antamina’s standards. 5. Plan and monitor services (waste collection and storage, scrap yard operations, wastewater suction). 6. Conduct field inspections of services. 7. Lead audit programs and develop action plans to ensure 100% compliance with all items. 8. Supervise field service execution with high performance standards. 9. Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle mileage. 10. Ensure safety standards for all activities performed by assigned personnel. 11. Review daily safe work documents (ATS, checklists, etc.). 12. Prepare and submit the monthly ICS report. 13. Maintain updated inventory of equipment, materials, and supplies. 14. Report incidents and events. 15. Address team needs, including timely reporting of PPE requirements, vacation requests, leave management, etc. 16. Manage earthworks and execute the sanitary landfill closure work plan.
