**REQUIREMENTS:** · Graduates, high school diploma holders, or degree holders in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. · Solid knowledge of procurement and negotiation. · Knowledge of import procedures. · Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. · Intermediate English. · Preferably residing in Northern Lima. **FUNCTIONS:** · Conduct quotations and quotation comparisons. · Knowledge of import processes—from purchase order issuance through customs clearance—negotiation with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers; quote and negotiate maritime, air, and multimodal freight rates for hiring freight forwarders; obtain quotations from foreign suppliers; communicate verbally with representatives of our foreign suppliers; send emails in English; perform other administrative tasks as required (e.g., with customs authorities, suppliers, etc.); and track documentation. · Efficiently lead teams involved in the supply chain, as well as processes focused on continuous improvement at management and budgetary levels. · Issue purchase and service orders according to each department’s requirements, and monitor and control them. · Establish a supplier database, selecting suppliers based on cost and quality criteria. · Track orders from placement through delivery, resolving any issues that may arise. · Coordinate with warehouse departments regarding stock management. · Other duties inherent to the area. **ATTITUDES:** \- Teamwork and ability to work under pressure \- Proactivity \- Problem-solving skills \- Responsibility \- Effective communication \- Commitment **WE OFFER:** \- Pleasant work environment \- Job stability Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
