Pleasant working environment At **BJ Contratistas Mineros SAC**, we are seeking a highly qualified **SHIFT SUPERVISOR** to lead, coordinate, and supervise operational activities during their shift, efficiently managing the mining cycle through optimal resource control and direct supervision of assigned personnel. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Mining Engineer, Civil Engineer, Geologist, or related field. (Degree holder, licensed, and duly registered). * Experience: Minimum 5 years in mining operations and 3 years as a shift supervisor. * Knowledge: Solid expertise in underground mining operations, mechanized and/or conventional ground support. * Peruvian mining regulations: Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM and Law No. 29783 * Availability: Willingness to work under the mining labor regime and travel to the operating unit in Ancash **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Direct and control the full mining cycle (drilling, blasting, ground support, and hauling), ensuring compliance with the daily plan and correcting operational deviations. * Supervise compliance with **Supreme Decree 024-2016-EM**, leading safety meetings, managing critical permits (PETS, PETAR, IPERC, LOTO), and implementing SGI controls. * Coordinate with support departments (Maintenance, Geology, and Geomechanics) to ensure equipment mechanical availability and efficient use of personnel, materials, and supplies. * Report to the Site Manager on administrative control and weekly progress, preparing detailed shift reports covering incidents, costs, and shift-related updates. **BENEFITS:** * Full statutory benefits (complete payroll registration). * Opportunity to join a leading mining services company. * Continuous training and career development path. * Pleasant working environment. **WORK LOCATION: UM HUANZALA - HUARAZ** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.7,000.00 - S/.7,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
