MULTIFUNCTIONAL OPERATOR FOR MINING \- HUARAZ Responsibilities: \- Secure metallic and non-metallic waste on semitrailer truck platforms; halt operations if conditions change (e.g., adverse weather, substandard tools, etc). Perform fire watch duties, including: \- Remain vigilant in the area to ensure that conditions under which the permit was issued remain unchanged and monitor for fires resulting from work activities. \- Maintain a fire extinguisher readily available for use in case of fire emergencies. \- Monitor the area where oxy-cutting was performed for one (1) hour after task completion to ensure no fires ignite from undetected sources. Support control of metallic waste entry and exit at the scrap yard during the yard supervisor’s absence. Requirements: \- Minimum two (2) years of multifunctional experience in mining camps \- Availability to work in Huaraz \- Availability to work under the mining labor regime 20 x 10 \- Availability to work at an altitude of 4,500 meters above sea level \- Technical education.
