Development of Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) for critical mechanical tasks. **Profile Requirements** Academic Qualification: Licensed and registered professional (valid license) in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. Specialization: Verified studies in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). General Experience: Minimum 6 years of work experience in the mining sector (Senior level). Specific Experience: Minimum 5 years of verified experience in mechanical maintenance (static/rotating equipment, plant shutdowns, etc.) in large-scale mining operations. Availability to work under a 4x3 work schedule. **️ Main Responsibilities** Baseline IPERC (Mechanical Focus): Field data collection on mechanical maintenance activities (lubrication, welding, lifting, working at heights, hot work). Risk assessment and implementation of hierarchy of controls. SWP Development: Identify, prioritize, and develop Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) for critical mechanical tasks, aligned with applicable legal regulations (Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM, Law No. 29783) and internal standards. Risk Mapping and Training: Validate risk matrices and risk maps with Mechanical Maintenance Supervisors and train personnel on their application. Document Control: Deliver SWPs in both PDF and editable formats per corporate standards.
