




Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and health-committed individual to join our team as an admissions officer. You will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and administrative support to patients and medical teams. (MORNING AND AFTERNOON SHIFTS) Main Responsibilities * Provide personalized attention to patients. * Schedule appointments and coordinate care. * Send welcome emails, follow-up messages, and respond to inquiries. * Issue invoices and verify service billing. * Daily cash register reconciliation. * Effective coordination with medical staff. * Reporting and other related administrative tasks. Requirements * Previous experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). * Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Teamwork, results-oriented, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
