Functions · Inspect raw materials upon receipt and conduct in-line process controls. · Evaluate product samples prior to purchase or acquisition of batches. · Supervise plant cleanliness and organization. · Monitor compliance with management systems. · Ensure adherence to food safety policy and commitment to continuous improvement of the food safety management system. · Fill out HACCP forms. · Enforce hygiene and sanitation program procedures. Requirements Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering, Food Analysts or Food Technicians.
