Functions · Perform inspection of raw materials upon receipt and in-line process controls. · Conduct product sample evaluations prior to purchase or acquisition of batches. · Supervise plant cleanliness and organization. · Monitor compliance with management systems. · Complete HACCP forms. · Ensure adherence to food safety policy and commitment to continuous improvement of the food safety management system. Enforce hygiene and sanitation program procedures. Requirements Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering, Food Analysts and Technicians.
