Your primary mission will be to carry out customer retention and loyalty activities, delivering effective solutions in accordance with the brand’s excellence protocols. Schedule and Rest Workweek: 48 hours per week. Monday: 8:00 am \- 7:00 pm. Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 am \- 6:30 pm. Fixed rest days! Saturdays and Sundays off. Benefits You’ll Love Base Salary: S/. 1130 (Monthly). UNLIMITED Commissions: (Average S/. 500 \| Top S/. 2500\). Additional Bonuses: Excellence Bonus: Up to S/. 300\. Effectiveness Bonus (Card): S/. 200 up to S/. 2000 additional (after completing OJT). Full payroll registration from the first day of contract signing. Initial contract: 6 months, renewable. Training and Onboarding We want you to excel, so we prepare you thoroughly: Start Date: January 13, 2026\. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Duration: 12 days. Training Compensation: S/. 20 per attended day (S/. 240 total, subject to contract signing). Key Dates Contract Signing: January 27 (indicative). OJT: 5 days of on-the-job training.
