Position Summary: We are seeking a CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR to lead the execution of modular construction projects, including planning, supervising personnel, and ensuring compliance with standards. We are looking for a CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR to lead the execution of modular construction projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute and carry out project and/or construction development effectively and efficiently, preparing the project descriptive report, including schedule, resource histogram, and organizational chart. Review drawings, verify quantities, inspect materials, supplies, and equipment required for the project. Authorize material requisitions to the warehouse and request weekly material stock levels from the warehouse for corresponding scheduling. Evaluate and implement necessary adjustments to the personnel histogram to meet delivery deadlines. Submit the Daily Construction Progress Report (qualitative and quantitative). Submit information requested by the client (e.g., construction progress reports, schedules, etc.). Plan and supervise tasks of personnel under supervision, including administrative, quality, operational, and SSOMA staff. Ensure that personnel under supervision fulfill all documentary requirements for project close-out, and manage signing of conformity certificates, which must be free of observations. Ensure implementation of operational controls in their areas during internal and external SSOMA SIG audits. Oversee compliance with SSOMA SIG-related responsibilities by personnel under supervision. REQUIREMENTS: Civil Engineer Graduated or professionally licensed (minimum 3 years of experience — MANDATORY) Knowledge of modular assembly Familiarity with quality standards and norms Familiarity with safety standards and norms Availability to work under an atypical 21*7 work regime Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.3,500.00 – S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
