




*A well-known company dedicated to the production and marketing of calcium oxide is looking for an*\_ **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – HUARAZ\- MARCARA,** *\_to join our team.* Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. * 6 months of experience in administrative assistant positions or related roles, with skills in personnel management. * 1 year of general experience combining professional internships and work in human resources or administrative areas. * Knowledge of IQBF sales, document procedures with SUNAT, Regional Government, and others. * Intermediate level in Excel and Word, basic knowledge of SAP, and payroll preparation. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage the entry, registration, selection, incorporation, and separation of operational and administrative personnel, following established procedures. * Manage worker beneficiaries' affiliation to SUNAT and EsSalud, coordinating with the Lima Human Resources Management area. * Administer SCTR insurance (pension, health, and life) for personnel prior to their entry, sending corresponding policies to the client for site access renewal. * Keep personnel files updated, including vacation schedules, permits, medical leaves, and current EMOs. * Record and monitor personnel movements (entries, departures, permissions, sanctions, overtime, etc.), ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. * Process and monitor personnel attendance, verifying overtime and cross-checking with production reports. Send information to the Lima Human Resources Management within established deadlines. * Perform calculations for operational payrolls and make comparisons with monthly projections. * Coordinate the preparation and renewal of employment contracts, managing expiration dates and handling renewals, terminations, and new hires with responsible personnel from each department. * Coordinate with medical clinics the scheduling of occupational, pre-employment, periodic, and retirement medical exams. * Follow up on medical leave and subsidy cases, ensuring compliance with procedures until completion of the relevant processes. * Support the processing of procedures related to breastfeeding, paternity leave, and other benefits according to established procedures. * Actively participate in departmental, operational, and administrative meetings, providing support on personnel-related topics. * Organize labor activities according to the annual schedule. * Assist in preparing monthly reports related to personnel, community, purchases, warehouse, and administrative management. * Coordinate performance evaluations of personnel at the Production Unit, under the supervision of the Administration Manager. * Schedule and coordinate general and specific inductions for personnel, ensuring participation records are maintained. * Support in preparing valuations for stone, internal and external transportation, dining facilities, and machinery. * Settle travel allowances for assigned personnel. * Upload and report process indicators on platforms (OneDrive) within established deadlines. * Resolve employee inquiries regarding their payslips, overtime, vacations, bonuses, CTS, and social benefit settlements. * Monitor and manage third-party lime selection services. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
