Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer to supervise and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, coordinating preventive and training activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Occupational Health and Safety Management System Supervision 2. Hazard Identification and Development of Safety Procedures 3. Coordination of Training and HSE Standard Compliance **Academic Qualifications:** * Safety, Industrial, Environmental Engineering or related field, with professional registration. * Peruvian occupational health and safety legislation. * Hazard identification and risk assessment. * Safety performance indicator management. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH\-SMS). * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures (IPERC). * Develop, update, and disseminate safe work procedures. * Verify correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Manage work permits (PETAR, ATS, working at heights, confined space entry). * Coordinate training sessions and safety talks (5-minute talks, inductions, etc.). * Maintain up-to-date mandatory occupational health and safety documentation. * Coordinate with clients or mining units on HSE standard compliance. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll from day one. * 100% statutory benefits. * Atypical schedule 14 x 7 \- Assigned to mining unit.
