Position Summary: We are seeking a Lead Facilitator to lead technical training processes in complex mining operations, focusing on the design and delivery of adult learning programs. Field-based practical performance evaluation We are currently looking for a **Lead Facilitator**, responsible for leading technical training processes in high-complexity operations. **Work Modality:** * **Regime:** 8x6 * **Schedule:** Full-time * **Modality:** On-site at the mining unit **Responsibilities:** * Identify training needs through analysis of safety indicators, incidents, and operational risks. * Define learning objectives focused on practical skills applied in the field. * Conduct information gathering in operational areas, including audiovisual recording. * Design teaching methodologies based on adult learning principles, prioritizing practice. * Develop technical instructional materials: presentations, field guides, and visual resources. * Design theoretical and practical assessments to validate worker competencies. * Adapt training content according to client requirements and operational needs. **Academic Qualifications:** * Degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred specialization in training, coaching, or education. **Work Experience:** * Experience in mining operations (mine, plant, or maintenance). * Experience in technical training or field-based instruction. * Experience leading work teams (mandatory). **Technical Knowledge:** * Adult learning methodologies (andragogy). * Occupational Safety and Health in mining. * Risk management and incident investigation. * Instructional design and development of technical content. * Field-based practical performance evaluation. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment registration from day one – General Regime * 100% CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) * 30 calendar days of vacation * Essalud health insurance Application Questions: * Please indicate your current place of residence and telephone number. * Please state your availability to start and your salary expectation. * Do you have experience in technical training for mining operations? * Do you have experience designing training content or programs? * Do you possess knowledge of adult learning methodologies?
