Job Summary: Supervise mining operations and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards at work fronts, manage risks, and report results. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in daily operational planning Profile Requirements To apply for this position, you must meet the following technical and experience requirements: **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor's degree and/or professional title (preferred) in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields. **Specialization:** Diploma or Master's degree in Geotechnics. **General Experience:** Minimum 7 years of professional experience working exclusively in mining operations. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** Proven experience in mine operations, drilling and blasting (Drill \& Blast), and geotechnics. Proficiency in geotechnical software and mastery of JKSimblast. Experience with instrumentation using Instantel seismographs and their respective application software. **Driver's License:** MTC Category A\-IIa license (mandatory), plus authorization/experience operating vehicles inside mines. Availability to work under a 10x10 shift regime. ️ Functions and Responsibilities Your role will focus on operational supervision and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards at work fronts. Your main responsibilities will be: **Operational and Safety Supervision:** Conduct constant HSE supervision across assigned work fronts. **Document Control:** Validate and review HSE documentation submitted by the contractor company, ensuring compliance with corporate standards. **Shift Alignment:** Actively participate in daily shift-start meetings (06:30 hrs) for planning and reviewing daily objectives. **Risk Management:** Identify and report field observations, implement required corrective actions, and track their execution. **Reporting:** Timely contribute to the preparation and consolidation of periodic Wall Control area reports.
