Work on design, regularization, renovation, and construction projects Junior Architecture Assistant – Lima Company: HPH Services and Construction Location: Metropolitan Lima Work Mode: In-person (office and field) Job Type: Full-time / Internship / Service Contract About the Position We seek a motivated Junior Architecture Assistant eager to learn and grow professionally through real-world projects in design, regularization, renovation, and construction. This is an excellent opportunity to gain direct hands-on experience both on-site and in the office, working on executive projects and technical procedures. Main Responsibilities In the Office: Support in AutoCAD drafting of plans. Modification and cleanup of drawings. Support in basic quantity take-offs. Organization of digital files. Support in preparing presentation boards. In the Field: Support in architectural site surveys. Taking measurements. Photographic documentation. Basic construction supervision support. Requirements Architecture student in final semester or recent graduate. Basic/intermediate AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory). Basic knowledge of SketchUp or Revit (preferred). Prior experience in site surveys or construction internships (preferred). Availability to work on-site. Positive attitude and strong commitment. Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.800.00 - S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
