In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Supervise food quality and safety during preparation and distribution at Las Bambas Mining Camp. * Conduct hygienic\-sanitary inspections, food sampling and evaluations. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Verify calibration and use of field measurement equipment. * Coordinate with supervisors and prepare reports on findings and improvements. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Food Industry Engineering, Fisheries, Industrial Engineering, Bromatology, Nutrition or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in quality supervision in dining facilities or collective feeding. * **Knowledge:** HACCP, GMP, food regulations and food safety standards. * **Skills:** Organization, teamwork and problem solving. * **Availability:** To work under shift regime. **Additional Information** * Payroll inclusion from day one * 80% EPS health insurance coverage * Life Insurance as per law * Constant training opportunities. * Corporate agreements.
