Calibration company CERTIMET is looking for a PURCHASING ASSISTANT in Surco. Requirements:  University student in the final cycle or graduate of Administration.  6 months of experience in purchasing.  Knowledge in supplier registration.  Knowledge in purchasing and quotations.  Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturdays from 8am to 11am in San Luis (reference: behind Videna). Functions:  Be responsible for all oral or written communication with suppliers, in order to expedite purchasing processes, maintaining filed records of issued/received documentation.  Report to the administrator the list of non-conforming products and the corresponding management status to validate warranty claims and material returns to suppliers.  Be responsible for evaluating suppliers of critical supplies.  Monthly presentation of indicators on actual purchasing process times.  Prepare a list of suppliers approved by General Management.  Keep the supplier database and purchase records updated.  Manage national purchases according to requests from CERTIMET users.  Deliver complete and timely invoices and purchase folders to the accounting department.  Prepare a list of critical supplies for the laboratory area, verified by the Laboratory Manager.  Conduct evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring of suppliers.  Contact suppliers to confirm received proformas in order to prepare orders and/or purchase requests.  Salary: S/1,130 to S/1,200 or negotiable based on experience.
