Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Plant Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, supervise activities, and prepare reports, ensuring technical and visual quality. We hold certifications for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018\. We are currently seeking talented professionals like you for the position of INTERNAL PLANT TECHNICIAN. Requirements: * Technician or professional in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in internal plant maintenance for networks. * Experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in installing racks, patch panels, distribution frames (ODFs), routers, switches, and ONTs. * Knowledge of structured cabling (UTP, FTP, coaxial) and optical fiber in indoor environments. * Labeling, diagramming, and internal conduit routing. * Connection protocols and technical order standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on internal plant components, including racks, patch panels, nodes, and active/passive optical fiber equipment. * Supervise and track scheduled activities at assigned nodes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Prepare detailed reports on work orders (WOs) and preventive activities performed, ensuring accuracy and traceability of operations. * Promptly report any incidents or anomalies to the Internal Plant Coordination team, proposing corrective measures when necessary. * Maintain strict organization and ensure both visual and technical quality at all connection points, complying with established standards.
