You support the team in achieving its objectives and ensure effective and predictable delivery. Furthermore, your responsibilities include: * Facilitating Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. * Coaching teams on agile working, the Scrum methodology, and continuous improvement. * Identifying and removing impediments in the development process. * Encouraging collaboration, transparency, and communication within and between teams. * Supporting Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization. * Helping set realistic goals and monitoring a sustainable work pace. * Analyzing team performance and initiating improvement actions. * Increasing agile maturity within teams and the organization. * Contributing to the successful delivery and adoption of digital and AI solutions. **What we are looking for** ------------------ As a Scrum Master, you are a coaching and connecting colleague who helps teams improve. In addition: * You have extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role. * You possess strong knowledge of agile principles and the Scrum framework. * You have experience guiding and developing teams. * You excel in communication and building trust and collaboration. * You are able to identify bottlenecks and resolve them effectively. * You are proactive, analytical, and focused on continuous improvement. * You feel comfortable in a dynamic and innovative environment. * Experience with digital transformation, AI solutions, or innovation projects is a plus. * You have excellent command of both Dutch and English. **Working in the innovation team** --------------------------------- As our new colleague, you will join the innovation team based in The Hague.
