Formal employment with statutory benefits **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum of 6 months’ experience in similar positions, preferably within textile companies. · Advanced proficiency in Excel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Ensure adherence to the production schedule. · Issue alerts to the Production Supervisor and schedulers of other lines regarding optimal material flow. · Prepare daily closing reports. · Develop schedules and monitor production. · Coordinate plant activities with relevant departments. · Propose improvements for enhanced scheduled control and tracking. · Monitor the preparation of production programs. · Coordinate with the IT Systems department and validate optimization of required reports for the area. **BENEFITS:** Professional development opportunities.
