Experience in baking processes and machinery operation. **WE ARE HIRING BAKERS / MASTER BAKERS!** Camaná \- Arequipa **Main Responsibilities:** \- Preparation of savory and sweet breads, pastries, and packaged products according to production requirements. \- Proper restocking of shelves and stores. \- Quality control by verifying the taste, texture, and appearance of each product. \- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and machinery before, during, and after each shift. **Requirements:** \- Experience in baking processes: kneading, rounding, fermentation, and baking. \- Ability to follow precise recipes and formulas. \- Basic operation of rotary ovens, mixers, sheeters, dividers, and fermentation chambers. \- Knowledge of raw material inventory control and the FEFO system. \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food handling. **Rotating day and night shifts.** We seek responsible, committed individuals with a passion for baking.
