Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, responsible, and dynamic Warehouse Assistant to support product dispatch, as well as picking and packing functions, at a high-end gastronomic equipment company. Key Requirements: 1. Experience in warehouse, loading, and/or distribution. 2. Ability to work under pressure. On behalf of our client, ILUMI—a company with over 27 years in the market supplying high-tech, durable gastronomic and commercial equipment nationwide—we are looking for highly motivated, proactive, responsible, and dynamic individuals to fill the position of WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in warehouse, loading, and/or distribution. * Experience in logistics companies or heavy-load operations. * Full and immediate availability. * Availability to work overtime. * Residence in Lurin or nearby areas. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work in Lurin. * Serious and responsible individuals. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:15 pm and Saturdays from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Picking and packing. * Supporting product dispatch. * Other related duties assigned. **WE OFFER:** * Compensation: S/.1250 + S/.100 (Mobility bonus) + Food card worth S/.100. * Paid overtime. * Career development path. * Formal payroll under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits. * Annual profit-sharing (once per year). * Monthly salary payment by month-end. * Starting from the 3rd month, access to salary advance system.
