Prepare payroll settlements and reconcile accounting closings On behalf of our client, a leading industrial company, we are looking for a Senior Payroll Assistant to join their team. **Requirements** * Technical degree and/or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or related fields. * Courses related to the position. * Minimum 05 years of experience in similar roles. **Intermediate MS Office** **Responsibilities** * Prepare and coordinate pre- and post-salary payroll processes, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. * Register and update personnel information in the system (SAP): cost centers, shifts, salaries, commissions, among others. * Maintain up-to-date records of payments, advances, loans, and deductions for personnel. * Manage and monitor attendance, vacations, and loans, subject to prior approval by supervisor. * Review and manage AFP affiliations, PLAME filings, and corresponding tax payments. * Prepare social benefit settlements and calculations for CTS, bonuses, and vacations. * Reconcile payroll-related accounting closings and verify accruals. * Provide support during internal and external audits related to the area. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Profit-sharing Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
