**Tasks of our new colleague** * It will be part of their responsibilities to prioritize and schedule faults in coordination with traffic control, ensuring that fault and disruption clearance activities are efficient and economical. They will support the fault-clearing personnel with professional advice and experience in identifying faults, and if necessary, order the deployment of additional resources. * During the elimination of faults, disruptions, and extraordinary events, they inform the fault and disruption response units about the tasks to be performed, monitor work phases, and assist in eliminating unforeseen obstacles to reduce consequences. They cooperate with disaster response units to minimize damage and reduce traffic disruption. * They participate in eliminating unforeseen obstacles arising during planned work execution to mitigate consequences. * Continuously documents operational parameters in a computer-based record-keeping system. Acts according to the notification procedure upon occurrence of events. * Prepares immediate, daily, weekly, monthly reports and evaluations for management. * In case of extraordinary events, directs recovery operations, cooperating with disaster response organizations when necessary, aiming to minimize damage and traffic disruption. * Receives, edits, and forwards telegrams affecting traffic operations within a closed-group e-mail system. * Coordinates fault clearance during extraordinary events on their technical field with decision-making authority and responsibility.
