




**Tasks of our new colleague** * Will be responsible for prioritizing and scheduling faults in coordination with traffic control to ensure that fault and disturbance resolution is efficient and cost-effective. Provides technical advice and expertise to troubleshooting personnel to help isolate faults, and if necessary, arranges for additional resources. * During the resolution of faults, disturbances, or extraordinary events, informs fault and disturbance response units about required tasks, monitors work phases, participates in eliminating unforeseen disruptions to minimize consequences. Cooperates with disaster response units to reduce damages and minimize traffic disruptions. * Participates in eliminating unforeseen obstacles arising during planned operations to mitigate their consequences. * Continuously documents operational parameters in a computer-based record-keeping system. Acts according to the notification procedure upon occurrence of events. * Prepares immediate, daily, weekly, monthly reports and evaluations for management. * In case of extraordinary events, directs recovery operations, cooperating with disaster relief organizations when necessary, aiming to reduce damage and minimize traffic disruption. * Receives, edits, and forwards telegrams affecting traffic operations via the closed-group e-mail system. * Coordinates fault resolution during exceptional events within the field, making decisions and assuming responsibility.
