Responsibilities of our new colleague: * Independently monitor the execution of all technical, maintenance, repair, cleaning, and other related tasks concerning the facilities, buildings, structures, and properties under their management, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal instructions, and the terms stipulated in current contracts and their annexes. * Organize, supervise, monitor, and verify the following: a) Performance of cleaning, snow- and ice-clearing, hygienic supply placement and replenishment, and entrance mat installation, as specified in contracts b) Execution of public solid and liquid waste collection services c) Execution of activities related to removal of illegally dumped waste d) Deployment and contractually agreed maintenance of mobile restrooms e) Execution of pest and rodent control f) Execution of landscaping maintenance (mowing, shrub removal, tree felling, other horticultural tasks) performed by subcontractors g) Tasks assigned to participants in public works programs (mowing, bush clearing, waste collection) h) Inspection duties related to advertising board contracts concluded by the Communications Directorate * Ensure compliance with and enforce general fire safety regulations (non-activity-specific) applicable to the building, and inspect the presence of fire safety equipment; report any non-compliance to the fire safety specialist.
