The candidate must have experience in managing full project lifecycles, from planning and execution to delivery, preferably in Fintech, Brokerage or Banking Sectors. Reporting Line \- Director, IT Operations Worksite: Remote/ Hybrid/ On\-site **Responsibilities** * Interact with Business and IT clients * Receive and analyze project Ideas * Identify stakeholders, form project scope and team * Manage end\-to\-end project lifecycle * Manage project budget * Ensure project progress and deadlines * Creatively solve Issues that arise * Manage risks and mitigation efforts * Evaluate and control project results * Actively collaborate with Business Project management Office **Qualifications** * Experience in project management in IT area for at least 3 years * Experience in Fintech / Brokerage / Banking IT is a plus * Technical proficiency. Understanding of IT technology: IT infrastructure, Clouds, development lifecycle (scrum, agile) * Familiar with Atlassian Jira * PMP certification is a plus * Understanding of IT information security specifics * Working English language * Good communication skills, ability to interact with internal clients * Good analytical skills, ability to drive non\-obvious tasks to completion * Flexibility.
