Supervise assigned personnel and comply with established procedures for carrying out activities specific to the area. 2\. Plan and assign work tasks to personnel according to client priorities and required work situations. 3\. Supervise the analysis process and testing results. 4\. Monitor and evaluate test performance. 5\. Identify and implement actions to prevent or minimize deviations from procedures applied in laboratory activities. 6\. Provide appropriate technical support to area personnel in executing procedures, equipment handling, and basic maintenance activities. 7\. Continuously monitor internal and external QA/QC controls established by Minera Las Bambas. 8\. Evaluate PPE and tool conditions to approve their use. 9\. Continuously identify and report to the Minera Las Bambas laboratory supervisor any substandard acts or conditions observed during operations or assigned activities. 10\. Verify shift handover instructions to incoming personnel to ensure continuity of laboratory tasks. 11\. Comply with and promote proper use of assigned facilities and equipment for carrying out work activities. 12\. Comply with the Occupational Health Program and respect corporate guidelines and occupational health protocols. 13\. Comply with, participate in, and promote adherence to Safety Policies, Codes of Conduct, internal regulations, and safety and health recommendations at work. **Requirements** Graduated and licensed Chemical Engineer or related profession. Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (desirable). Computer skills at user level (desirable), experience with LIMS software, and knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standard. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, including classical, wet chemical and gravimetric analyses on Mo, Cu and other samples. Knowledge of sampling (desirable).
