In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Conducting metallurgical tests at the laboratory level such as: batch flotation of Cu and/or Mo, flotation kinetics of Cu and/or Mo, open and closed circuit flotation tests of Cu and/or Mo, SAG Power Index (SPI), Bond Work Index (BWi), abrasion index (Ai), column cell test, filtration test, classification with cyclosizer, specific gravity, pulp rheology, among others established by MMG; additionally, at the industrial level, measurement of hydrodynamic parameters of industrial flotation at various stages of bulk flotation and Mo flotation circuits. * Sampling within concentrator plants corresponding to biweekly, monthly, and annual metallurgical accounting. * Preparation of briquettes for optical and electron microscopy and sample preparation for analysis by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR), and infrared spectroscopy (IR). **Requirements** * Metallurgical Technician and/or Metallurgical/Chemical Engineer or related fields, bachelor's degree or higher. * Experience: Minimum two (02) years in industrial sampling at concentrator plants, mechanical sample preparation, and conducting various metallurgical comminution tests. * Experience handling mechanical sample preparation equipment (crushers, rotap, sample pulverizer, rotary splitter, pressure filters, etc.). * Experience conducting Bond Work Index and SGI comminution tests. * Solid knowledge in industrial sampling in crushing, SAG grinding, ball milling, flotation, thickening, and filtration circuits. * Solid knowledge in implementation, control, and continuous improvement of quality management systems for mechanical preparation and comminution testing activities at the metallurgical laboratory level. * Knowledge of metallurgical comminution and flotation processes. * Knowledge of implementing good practices in metallurgical laboratories. * Availability and authorization to operate light vehicles within the mine, 4x4 pickup truck. * Mandatory: Possession of a valid driver's license Category A-I with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience, or alternatively Category A-IIA or higher with a minimum of 2 years of validity to obtain an internal mine license. **Additional Information** * Payroll inclusion from the first day. * Life insurance as per law. * Corporate agreements. * 80% EPS coverage
