**Project Designer** =============== Company: CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) Location: Projects Our company **CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) (P030\)** is seeking top talent for the position of: **Project Designer** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Develop and/or interpret project technical information and prepare models, drawings, and quantity takeoffs. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Prepare models, drawings, and/or croquis as requested by the responsible engineer and/or immediate supervisor. * Maintain organized digital and/or physical files of completed drawings according to project procedures. * Prepare As-Built drawings when required by the project. * Perform quantity takeoffs based on project-provided information, such as scope and/or technical dossier, progress reports, remaining work to be executed, and final closure documentation. * Prepare quantity takeoff reports when required by the project. * Interpret project technical information—including drawings, technical specifications, standards, codes, and regulations—upon request from the responsible engineer. * Process field survey data (e.g., topographic surveys, building surveys, etc.). **Requirements** -------------- * Technical degree in Civil Construction, Building Construction, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in this position. * Experience in construction and mining projects. * Training in industrial plant design (mining). * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Intermediate proficiency in Civil 3D, Plant 3D, and Revit. * Availability to work under atypical working arrangements.
