Quality Inspector - Mining

In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Execute hygiene-sanitary inspections in dining areas and food services at the mining camp. * Supervise production processes related to food preparation, handling, and preservation. * Perform food, surface, handler, and water sampling according to established protocols. * Verify the proper execution of food preparations, ensuring compliance with quality criteria, GMP, and biosafety measures. * Identify deviations, propose corrective actions, and carry out corresponding follow-up. * Prepare technical reports and supervision reports. **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising quality in dining halls, collective food services, or related industries (ideally in the mining sector or remote camps). * Solid knowledge of sanitary inspections, GMP, food safety, and current health regulations. * Experience in food, surface, handler, and water sampling. * Knowledge and experience supervising food preparation production processes. * Ability to prepare technical reports and manage corrective actions. * Availability to work under a mining camp regime. **Additional Information** * Payroll inclusion from the first day * EPS premium covered at 80% * Life Insurance as per law * Constant training. * Corporate agreements.
