Enrollment in payroll under the General Labor Regime **Job Description:** A company in the **civil construction** sector is looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** with experience in **payroll management and personnel administration**, under the **General Labor Regime and civil construction**. We seek a responsible, organized professional with knowledge of current labor regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and processing of **payrolls for workers under the General Labor Regime and civil construction**. * Registration, updating, and termination of workers in SUNAT's **T\-Registro and PLAME** systems. * Monitoring and validation of **site attendance records, daily attendance, overtime hours, and leave days**. * Calculation of **social benefits**: year-end bonuses, Compensatory Time Savings (CTS), vacations, severance payments, and other labor-related items. * Preparation of **employment contracts, memoranda, and labor documentation**. * Coordination with **accounting and site operations departments**. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in **Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields**. * Preferred: **specialization or courses in payroll, labor legislation, or human resources management**. * Minimum **6 months of payroll experience**. * Familiarity with SUNAT platforms (T\-Registro and PLAME). * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency**. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations. **Competencies:** * Organization and order in document handling. * High level of **confidentiality**. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Teamwork and effective communication. **Offered:** * Enrollment in payroll under the **General Labor Regime**. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Job stability and professional development.
