**Job Description** ---------------------------- At INTEDYA **(International Dynamic Advisors)**, an international firm specializing in business management consulting, auditing, and training, we are seeking to hire a **Telemarketing Sales Assistant** to support and energize our commercial activities. This position has a very clear objective: helping us fill the meeting schedule of the Office Director’s commercial agenda. To achieve this, the selected candidate will be responsible for conducting telephone prospecting to companies, establishing first contact with potential corporate clients, and scheduling commercial meetings with executives, department heads, and general managers—meetings subsequently attended by our executive and management team. Your role will be pivotal as the first point of contact between INTEDYA and numerous organizations. You will clearly and professionally present who we are, what we do, and how we can assist businesses, identify appropriate contacts, and ensure a steady, well-organized flow of qualified meetings to drive business growth. We seek organized, consistent, goal-oriented individuals with strong telephone communication skills, comfortable engaging in professional B2B conversations, capable of managing sales follow-ups, and disciplined in methodical work to keep the meeting agenda consistently active and well-planned. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Identify, contact, and prospect potential clients to schedule introductory service meetings with managers and general directors. * Develop and maintain updated commercial databases, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities. * Coordinate and optimize the commercial agenda of the associated Office Director, guaranteeing weekly objectives are met. * Record and report all commercial activity in corporate systems, ensuring traceability and quality in every interaction. **Key Accountabilities** --------------------- * Achieve the scheduled appointment targets defined in the productivity plan. * Maintain a consistent weekly pace of meetings, driving the office’s sustainable growth. * Apply policies and procedures outlined in the *Commercial Management Operations Manual.* * Monitor performance indicators, proposing proactive improvements and solutions. * Protect INTEDYA’s image and reputation among clients and strategic partners. **Education and Knowledge** ----------------------------- * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web navigation. * Professional or university education in administration, business, marketing, or related fields. * Knowledge of consultative selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM). **Experience** --------------- Prior experience in telemarketing sales or customer service for at least six consecutive months within the last two years. **Soft Skills** --------------- * Exceptional oral and written communication skills for interacting with senior executives. * Fully results-driven mindset, with competitive spirit and perseverance. * Strong organizational ability, efficient time management, and task prioritization. * Proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and desire for professional growth. * Commitment to excellence, discipline, and continuous improvement. **Contract** ------------
