Middle Java / Spring Boot Developer **Sector:** Fintech / Financial Technology Corporate Profile and Role Mission A leading national Fintech corporate group specializing in financial software solutions seeks to integrate a highly skilled Middle Developer into its technology team. The core objective of this position is to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services—ensuring optimal performance of our architecture and supporting the organization’s financial operations. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications and services using **Java** and **Spring Boot**. * Implement and integrate **microservice-based** architectures, ensuring scalability and alignment with corporate technology standards. * Build, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs, guaranteeing secure and efficient communication. * Administer and optimize operations for relational and non-relational databases, specifically **PostgreSQL**, **MongoDB**, and **Redis**. * Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance, applying sound programming practices and participating in code reviews. * Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, Infrastructure, and IT teams to implement solutions and resolve technical incidents. * Author and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for developed architectures and solutions. Mandatory Requirements (Non-negotiable) * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum verifiable experience of three (3) years in full-stack software development (Backend). * Proven solid experience programming in **Java** and using the **Spring Boot** framework. * Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and managing **microservice architectures**. * Advanced hands-on experience with databases: **PostgreSQL**, **MongoDB**, and **Redis**. * Proficiency in version control systems (**Git**) and practical application of software design patterns. * Strong problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, collaborative work ethic, and results orientation. Desirable Requirements (Added Value) Experience or strong knowledge in the following areas will be considered a plus: * **DevOps** culture, **IT** operations, and technological **Infrastructure**. * Containerization and orchestration tools (**Docker**, Kubernetes). * Cloud platforms and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools. * Messaging systems (brokers) and asynchronous communication between microservices. * Observability (monitoring and logging) and agile development methodologies. * Application security and secure development guidelines. * Prior verifiable experience in Fintech, banking, payment processing, or financial services environments.
