




Job Description * Location: Arequipa (residence in Arequipa required) * Work schedule: 14 days worked / 7 days off ("14×7") Job Mission Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and availability of tableware, kitchenware, and utensils, guaranteeing compliance with good hygiene practices. Main Functions and Responsibilities * Wash, disinfect, and organize dishes, cutlery, trays, glasses, and other kitchenware used during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. * Keep the assigned washing area clean and organized. * Monitor the condition of kitchenware (wear, breakage, insufficient quantities) and report to the supervisor any situations requiring replacement or maintenance. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety regulations (use of PPE, handling of chemicals, area cleaning, waste disposal). * Perform other related tasks assigned by the area supervisor. Profile Requirements **Education:** * Completed secondary education. **Experience:** * Prior experience in food concessions, industrial dining, collective feeding services, or similar roles is desirable. * Specific experience as a dishwasher or in dishwashing/kitchenware areas within food service is desirable. **Residence and Availability:** * Must reside in Arequipa to meet work schedule and transportation requirements. * Availability to work under the 14×7 schedule (14 consecutive working days and 7 days off) at the location assigned by the concessionaire (SEDE LA JOYA \- PILLONES).
