Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and fast-paced Kitchen Assistant to perform mise en place, prepare dishes, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Antúnez de Mayolo 968 – Los Olivos **Salary:** S/ 1300 **Working Days:** Monday to Sunday (1 day off per week between Monday and Thursday) Schedule: 8am \- 5pm \- with a 30-minute break **Responsibilities:** * Perform **mise en place**: preparation and organization of ingredients, utensils, and equipment prior to service. * Prepare dishes, sandwiches, salchipapa, and other menu items. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and disinfection in the kitchen. * Receive and inspect supplies. * Review production according to the chef's instructions. * Comply with hygiene and food handling protocols. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience (not mandatory but preferred). * Proactivity, speed, and teamwork. * Immediate availability.
