




REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant * Ability to cook large quantities of food * Hygiene and food safety handling * Ability to follow instructions in coordination with head chefs * Ability to work under pressure RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in dish preparation under the supervision of the chef * Perform mise en place and prepare ingredients for service * Wash, chop, grate, or process ingredients ready for service * Organize and clean the work area * Assist with cleaning after service * Transport supplies and restock stations * Maintain cleanliness and organization at their workstation BENEFITS: Salary from 1300 to 1600 (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Day off: 1 day between Monday and Thursday Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
