This is your invitation to rise above the possible. **Job posting end date:** 01/15/2026 Introduction We are seeking a Technical Advisor to identify specialized service needs together with Operational Management teams through site visits, and to co-design cross-functional solutions with other departments, in accordance with the Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management System guidelines. . What you will do Conduct periodic visits to customer facilities to analyze services delivered and those pending delivery. Identify specialized service needs of FSE & LCS customers. Design potential specialized solutions for identified needs, involving relevant departments in the design process. Provide technical support to customers regarding the optimal approach to addressing identified needs, enabling proposal development. Identify LCS contract opportunities and provide technical advisory support in coordination with involved departments. Understand and resolve, in coordination with customers’ various Operations Management teams, critical technical issues related to FS service expansion. Provide technical support to various FS Management teams in developing integrated service solutions. Provide technical support for drafting contractual technical requirements. Technically facilitate tenders for specialized services. Comply with all applicable labor obligations under current legislation and internal company regulations, including those related to occupational health and safety (e.g., compliance with the Management System regulations, the OHS Policy, the Internal Regulations on Occupational Health and Safety (RIT), the Internal Regulations on Occupational Health and Safety and Environment (RISST), Safety Standards, as well as control measures identified in IPERCs, PETS, PETARs, and ATS; proper use of PPEs; attendance at scheduled trainings; reporting of incidents or accidents; ensuring order and cleanliness; and other requirements). Who we are looking for **Mandatory:** Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. **Desirable:** University undergraduate degree; certified or graduated Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering disciplines. **Mandatory:** Five (5) years of work experience in concentrator plants within the mining sector. Five (5) years of experience in mechanical maintenance roles to cover mechanical specialty advisory services, OR three (3) years of experience in electrical and instrumentation specialty roles to cover electrical and instrumentation advisory services. **Mandatory:** Knowledge of maintenance of key equipment (SAG and ball mills, crushers, flotation cells, filters, screens, conveyor belts, thickeners, etc.), concentrator plant processes and operations, and electromechanical installations. **Desirable:** Project management knowledge, intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency, and intermediate English language skills.
